Returns and Refunds
Thanks for shopping at AppleJewel Belts.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have chosen the incorrect size, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then contact you to discuss the nature of your return.
In the event that you wish to swap the belt for another belt or different size, we will send the replacement immediately. If your replacement belt is of higher/lesser value, you will be charged/credited the difference before we send the new belt.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Once we assess the nature of the return we will make a decision if the return shipping will be refunded.
Note: In the event of incorrect sizing we will not bear the cost of return shipping.
